                Phil Hazenfield joined Decatur Public Schools in October 2012 as the Facility Project Manager. Mr. Hazenfield oversees and manages the large complex high school facility renovations projects. He represents the school district in all matters related to the project and serves as a liaison to the architect and contractors working on the projects.
