Practices may begin early March

• Total weekly practice time limited to 3 hours per week
• Open to 5/6 Grade Boys & Girls
• 3/4 Graders may be added if not enough 5th and 6th graders
• There is no 3rd and 4th grade division
• If you add 3rd and/or 4th graders, they must run up in the 5th and/or 6th grade division at the City Meet
• 5/6 Grader, if member of a middle school team, may participate in our elementary program

  • 4X1 (3 Teams Per Grade/Per Gender)
  • 400 (4 Per Grade/Per Gender)
  • 200 (4 Per Grade/Per Gender)
  • 800 (Unlimited)
  • 4X4 (3 Per Grade/Per Gender)
• Note: Four Athlete Limit Per Grade/Gender 100-200-400
• Note: Three Team Limit Per Grade/Gender 4X1, 4X2, 4X4
• Note: Unlimited participation in the 1600 & 800
• Official Times & Place
• Top 8 places in Individual Events
• Top Team in each gender and age group
• Top 5 Overall Teams
• Individual Ribbons & Team Awards delivered to the schools
• Concession Stand on Saturday Only
